What is not proven
Who performed every intellectual step; cryptographically signed machine editorial provenance; live production DNS/TLS/cache/index state; legal ownership or liability; machine consciousness, personhood, or citizenship.
Why this matters
A transparency claim is useful only when the evidence supporting it can be distinguished from branding, inference, or future design proposals.
